Polenta w Artichokes and gorgonzola




Ingr:500 gr polenta (Cornmeal) 2 L water 2 Artichokes 1 garlic and  parsley

Put on the fire a pot with 2 liters of water
salted water and bring to boil, pour the cornmeal a little at a time and stir constantly (to avoid making lumps)
when cooked
put it on a baking sheet (the cornmeal should be at least 1 cm high inside the baking sheet) and let cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator
then cut into rectangles sprinkle with a little flour and fry in a pan until they are golden brown and
put them in a  plate
and serve with the sauce and artichokes
Decor cherry tomatoes

Artichokes:Prep
buy some artichokes clean them, to avoid becoming  blacks put them in a bowl of water and lemon cut in half
once clean,cut artichokes Finns and sautée in a pan with oil, garlic, parsley and salt





Sauces:Prep
put in a saucepan half a cup of milk and gorgonzola cheese to your taste mix well and be careful not to burn
