PASTA FROLLA OR SHRORTBREAD AND COOKIES

Pasta  Frolla

Shortbread
250 grams of butter
500 grams of flour
220 of sugar
3 eggs
3 yolks
2 orange and 2 lemon Grated

PREP:
First you soften the butter in a bowl for at least one hour with the sugar
after the butter is softened well
add the flour and eggs
with the grated orange and lemon
Mix together the dough, and incorporated
all the ingredients well


                                     

                                                This dough  is perfect for fruit tarts and cookies
