Steak salad

marinated skirt steak for two hours
with olive oil
one head garlic (or more)
a bunch of parsley (or more)
All very fine cut
a little salt and pepper
(do not cut the steak marinated whole)

salad
arugula and radicchio salad
Cut the radicchio to the same size as the argula
washed salad
washed and cut
five small tomatoes
put everything in a bowl

seasoning
squeeze a lemon tentro a glass a bit of olive oil
a little salt and pepper
Put everything into the bowl

add blue cheese into pieces

the steak cooked in a  frying pan
for 7 or 8 minutes from all both sides  midium
and serve in a dish with a little salad

enjoy your meal
